History - Founded in 1971
In addition to providing individuals with exceptional reliability and quality automotive services, marine sales and accessories, Jeffries & Sons, Inc. opened up shop in 1971 to provide the best in commercial services for individuals, local businesses, utility providers, and government agencies alike. For over 35 years, we worked on all size vehicles and equipment and enjoyed every opportunity we had to seek out new ways that we were able partner with many customers, helping customers large and small maximize the potential of their vehicles while minimizing their down time.
Bruce H. Jeffries, Senior - Founder
Bruce Senior began his career in the auto body industry as the body shop manager at the first Raleigh, NC Pontial dealership. Being the enterprising salesman that he was, he soon set out on his own to start what would become a family business that to this day spans three generations of the Jeffries family. Under his leadership, Jeffries & Sons was awarded countless industry awards for innovation, salesmanship, and their unwavering commitment to excellence.
Rickie A. Jeffries - President
Sharing with his dad a love of boating, cars and all things automotive, Rickie has developed his hands-on skills since his teenage years when he would piece together what are now classic Corvettes using sheer skill and intuition. As a founding member of Jeffries and Sons, Rickie maintained and developed the strengths of Jeffries and Sons that his dad set in place over 35 years ago and was instrumental in securing the success of the family venture, for over 35 years.
Bruce H. Jeffries, Junior - Executive Vice President
In the role of Executive Vice President, Bruce Junior saw the day-to-day operations of the shop and showroom and ensures a smooth-running operation. His close attention to detail and countless years of experience in the automotive industry allowed him to quickly and effectively assess the costs associated with each job and manage the flow of business throughout the busy workday.
Lisa M. Jeffries - Vice President of Marketing and Finance
A 2007 graduate from North Carolina State University, Lisa holds a B.S. in Textiles and Apparel Technology and Management, as well as a second bachelor degree in Business Management. In addition to marketing, Lisa also managed accounting services for the family-owned firm. She now owns an independent consulting firm, specializing in marketing and events for the service, retail, bar & restaurant, and non-profit sectors.
